Its hard to put a finger on all the things that make BMS special.
BMS’s key asset is their people. How many companies respond to email questions within an hour on a Sunday afternoon? After conversing with Rocky via email, I was convinced this was the kind of company I wanted to deal with. Everyone at BMS was friendly and went out of their way to ensure my experience was great from the pre-order process through planting my butt on the seat for the first time. BMS’s web site was clear and concise, their response to my inquires was professional and they kept me informed as my seat progressed though the build process.
Seats are very personal items, typically they can either look good or they can feel good. Rarely do you find a seat that does both. Rocky and crew seem to have that unique talent to be able to put out a good looking product that feels good as well. That said, its the whole package of services that make the difference and will keep customers coming back. The internet is convenient, but its hard to establish a personal or long term relationship with a web page. BMS employees made me feel welcome, like I was a part of their family. Between the quality end product and great services I’m sure I will be back in the future should I ever buy another seat …
